Position Available

We are seeking a proactive, detail-driven Purchasing & Operations Administrator to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly.

You’ll play a key part in supporting daily business activities, managing the procurement, coordinating with suppliers, and overseeing our fleet, ensuring day-to-day operations run efficiently and are well organised.

Culture
Purchasing & Procurement
  • Research, evaluate and select vendors while negotiating pricing and payment terms 
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries
  • Maintain inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs for production
  • Assist with the suppliers’ evaluation and qualification process
Operations Administration
  • Coordinate day-to-day operational activities, assisting the Operations Manager SA
  • Responsible for Fleet Management, including the day-to-day management of company vehicles, scheduling and tracking servicing requirements, repairs and maintenance and internal reporting
Skills and Ability Requirements
Other tasks
  • Assist with Quality Auditing
  • Manage Customer WH&S / Compliance platforms
  • Coordinate staff training with Operations Managers in SA, NSW & Qld
